Maybe get some extra cowboy hats or top hats if you must. We have some very reasonable straw cowboy hats and packs of colourful miniature cowboy hats. Noisemakers like horns and blowouts and metal noisemakers will add to the excitement at midnight, as will serpentines, confetti cannons and a balloon net.
Menu: Ok, you pretty much have to serve beef. After all, the Ewing’s are cattle ranchers. Ribs are a great choice served with baked potatoes and salad. Caviar as an appetizer will give your party an “I’m rich and I eat caviar” feel. You might want to figure out a tofu option if you have vegetarian guests, maybe Texas tofu chili. A selection of homemade-looking cakes and pies will finish up your meal. Keep the champagne flowing.
Activities: Rent a black jack table, a wheel or roulette wheel from our casino rentals. Have some cigars guests can take outside to an area with some white twinkle lights. The theme itself should make for an interesting evening without adding too many activities. Mingling like a millionaire is a great way to welcome in the New Years.
